How do I get started?

Once you have submitted your inquiry to us, we will talk about your needs together in detail. If it is the full service you are looking for we will arrange a face to face meeting in your apartment. It is important for you that you know us and for us to see your home and understand the cluttered parts of your apartment as where you find pots and pans, where is the nearest supermarket and where are your cleaning equipment.
If we are to carry out the full administrative service for you, we find out more about you which type of guests you want, or do not want, in your home.

The first meeting will start our relationship so you can feel comfortable getting our help to make things easier for you. For the more simple query, we will ask you for information / photos / instructions and will carry most of the communication per message. phone and mail.

Do you have linen?

Can you create my Airbnb account?

We offer to create and maintain your posting in clear and easily understandable English to your potential international Airbnb guests.
We focus on well-formulated listings with strong impact to get your potential guests' attention.

How is cleaning done?

We have a team of well-trained and confident turnaround assistants who make sure your home is clean, delicious and inviting to your Airbnb guests.
You can book cleaning before your guests arrive and / or after they have left.

How does key handover work?

We arrange to hand over keys to guests prior to guests' arrival date. We get the required info from you (time frame for guests' arrival, contact info etc).
Then you ask the guests to contact us on arrival at the airport or an hour before. We coordinate everything with your guests from here.

If you have guidebooks and other instructions for the guests, we can do this and answer questions they may have.

Can you help with late / early check in?

Together with you, we will find an appropriate solution now. We try to be flexible and offer personal key meeting as soon as possible. We have established other solutions in cases where this is not possible (key boxes, cafe partnership, etc.).

How do I pay?

You can pay with MobilePay, Bank transfer or cash.

What if something goes wrong while I'm gone?
